WHO WE ARE

Inspire Support Workers Limited is a care agency that provides safe and quality service to vulnerable adults in the community. We are Care Quality Commission Registered and all our support workers/carers are Disclosure and Barring System checked.

We work with clients between the age of 13 years and over, living with Mental Health problems, alcohol and substance misuse, physical disability, palliative care, learning disability, HIV /AIDs, autism, elderly, Dementia and people with various neuro – conditions (acquired brain injury / Parkinson).

The services are tailored to meet individual needs and offers support workers who will undertake a regulated activity of personal care. In addition, we provide prompting with medication, meal preparation and assistance to feed, escort services, carer relief services, night care, practical task (housework) and emotional support etc.

 

We work and support people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, Autism Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy etc in having control over their life, choices, and make contribution to the enrichment of their community.

Inspire Support Workers Limited aspires to build a society where people at risk are given the best quality of care to maximise their independence.

 

We seek to contribute to this vision and exist in order to meet the unique needs of vulnerable adults with various forms of disabilities, age, ethnicity, health condition etc. by supporting, valuing and promoting their independence and choice.

PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND LEARNING DISABILITIES

As service providers, Inspire Support is committed to providing good quality services that maximise control, choice and independence for people with mental health problem and learning disabilities.

 

We work closely with service users in developing skills for independent living, with specialist professionals ( Community Mental Health Team, Mencap and other organisations) in managing their mental health, getting and keeping job, volunteering, linking to education – career, football, Supported Living etc.
